Beauty Supply Solutions is an online hair and skin care retailer that carries both over the counter and professional products. We carry a wide selection of quality products for women, men and children with various hair textures and skin types.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are currently being processed within 2 -5 business days. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays within Canada and the United States.
What shipping carrier do you use and do you provide tracking?
In Canada we ship via Canada Post and provide tracking unless otherwise stated.
We offer Flat Rate Shipping on U.S. orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) and Ground Shipping via UPS. We ship to the Continental U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii & Alaska.
How long does delivery take?
Orders in Canada should arrive within 3-12 business days after processing has been completed (not including remote areas, North West Territories,Yukon or Nunavut that may take longer).
US orders should arrive within 4-10 business days after processing has been completed (not including Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska in which transit time may take longer).
Is there anything I can do to help ensure my order is processed faster?
Yes! Please double check the shipping address you have provided before placing your order. Don’t forget to add suite/unit/apartment/building #’s to your order if applicable to not delay processing. We recommend you ship your package to a location where someone is available to receive it.
Do you ship outside Canada and the US?
No, we do not offer International shipping at this time.
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes mistakes are made or an item may not meet your expectations upon arrival. Our main priority is to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied!
We will accept a return as long as the item being returned is in its original brand new condition. We will give you a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE within 30 days provided the product is not damaged, tampered with, missing a seal, or has a seal has been broken.
Note: If the packaging has been bent, creased, or the ties inside the pack have been opened, tampered with, or is not in its original condition, the product is unable to get returned
My order melted by the time I received it?
Products from some of our brand partners are made from natural ingredients. When exposed to warmer temperatures they tend to melt at times. Simply place the product in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours or store product in a cool, dry place. If product separation has occurred, stir product contents FIRST then store as directed. This does not change the effectiveness of any product.
My oils have solidified and hardened…what should I do?
Products from some of our brand partners are made from natural ingredients. Oils (especially coconut oil) tend to solidify especially in cold weather. During the winter months we pack orders with peanuts to reduce the effects of fluctuating temperatures on the products.
To return oils back into its liquid form, stand the bottle in a bowl of hot water for 3-5 minutes, shake well and use. Never put bottle of oils in the microwave to warm or melt.
I have a question about products and usage…how can I get information?
It is always best to read the label on the product or the product description listed on our website first. If this does not help, please feel free to fill out the contact form or send an email to our customer service at email@example.com. Someone will respond within 24 hours.
My skin is very sensitive to products…what should I do?
Our products contain various substances and ingredients. Please take this into consideration before making a purchase if you have any allergies specially to nuts. Perform an inner elbow skin test with a small amount of product and wait at least 24 hours if unsure of allergy and before applying it to entire scalp, hair and skin. Unfortunately, items cannot be returned once purchased so please read the ingredients. Be mindful of skin sensitivity of that of babies and children.
Discontinue use of any products if rash, redness, itching or irritation occurs. If symptoms persist, consult with your physician. Use products as instructed on packaging. Beauty Supply Solutions will not be held reliable or responsible for unexpected side/adverse effects related to use of products sold by our company.
Do you offer products for just black women?
No. We carry hair and skin care products for women, men and children. Products usage range from Infants to ages 100+.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Not at this time but hopefully in the near future.
