How To Use

Hot Oil Treatment (Performed once a week): Warm 3 tablespoons. of the castor oil and massage into hair then put on heating cap for a half hour OR massage castor oil into hair, put on heating cap and sit under dryer for 10 minutes. Can also be applied when needed for added moisture throughout the week and prior to using heat.

For skin: it can be used as a daily moisturizer. You can massage the coconut oil into the chest to help with chest colds, asthma, and bronchial issues.
